Welcome to MBS Pharma. By using this website or placing an order with MBS Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Online store

MBS Pharma is an online-only store. We do not operate a physical shop. Orders can be placed on this website or on WhatsApp.

Products and information

We try to display our products, packaging and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product information is for general cosmetic use and is not medical advice. If you have a skin or scalp condition, please consult a doctor before use, and always follow the directions on the pack.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time you place it.

Orders

After you place an order we may contact you to confirm it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, for example if a product is unavailable or the order details cannot be verified.

Delivery

We deliver all over Pakistan. Delivery is free on orders above Rs 5,000; orders below Rs 5,000 have a flat delivery charge of Rs 200. Delivery times depend on your location and our courier partners.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Easypaisa / JazzCash transfers to 0303 4844413. For COD, please keep the exact amount ready. For Easypaisa / JazzCash, orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened parcels only, with the original seal and packaging intact. Opened parcels cannot be returned. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to MBS Pharma and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
