Refund Policy

Summary: You can return a product within 7 days of delivery, but only if the parcel has not been opened. Once a parcel is opened, it cannot be returned.

Return window

Return requests are accepted within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Conditions for return

  • The parcel must be unopened, with the original seal and packaging intact.
  • Products must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Your order number is required for every return request.

Opened parcels

For hygiene and safety reasons, skin and hair care products cannot be returned once the parcel has been opened. Please check your order details before accepting or opening the parcel.
