Do you have a physical shop?
No. MBS Pharma is an online store. You can order from our website or on WhatsApp, and we deliver to your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to all cities across Pakistan.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free on all orders above Rs 5,000. For orders below Rs 5,000, a flat delivery charge of Rs 200 applies.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your city. Once your order is confirmed, we share the expected delivery time with you.
How can I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out on our website, or simply send us a message on WhatsApp at 0303 4844413.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Easypaisa / JazzCash (account 0303 4844413). For Easypaisa or JazzCash, send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number.
Are your products suitable for my skin type?
Our products are made for everyday use. Avenor Tinted Sunblock is suitable for all skin types. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test before first use.
How should I use the serums?
Apply a few drops to clean, dry skin (or scalp for Exorevive Hair Serum) and massage gently. Always follow the directions printed on the pack.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the parcel is unopened with its original seal and packaging. Once a parcel has been opened, it cannot be returned. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
When will Cell Grow Hair Spray and Pluramoist Plus Moisture be available?
